Distilled water is believed to be the healthiest water since no substances will be filtered by the kidney and it means the kidney has no burden from the water consumed.
In short, water is a crucial element to stay us alive, it involves in our bodily functions: elimination, digestion, assimilation, respiration, controlling body temperature, etc. But nowadays, more water sources are polluted.
